体育院校传统学术图书馆生存危机及功能转型

摘要

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法，分析了体育院校传统学术图书馆的生存面临危机，转向现代化图书馆成为体院传统学术图书馆生存发展的新趋势。针对目前体院传统学术图书馆面临的困境，得出其转型的必要性，通过分析其转型过程中存在的问题，提出了认真做好向建设现代化图书馆转型的业务准备；确保经费是体院传统学术图书馆实现功能转型的关键；加强图书馆专业人才培养；提高工作人员业务水平，建立多样化、开放式的服务体系的建议。%Using the method of literature , expert interviews and other methods , it analyses the survival crisis of the traditional academic library in physical education institute .Turning to modern library has become a new trend in the traditional academic library development .Aiming at the present plight of traditional academic libraries , it con-cludes the necessity of the transformation .Through the analysis of the existing problems in the process of transfor-mation, it suggests that we should earnestly get business preparation for the construction of modern libraries ;ensu-ring the funding is the key of the implementation of the traditional academic library transformation ;we should also strengthen the library professional talent training , improve the business level of the staff and establish a diversified , open service system .
