Objective:To discuss the dance fitness exercise influence on the elderly mental health .Methods:uses literature, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics , etc.The experimental randomized to 500 en-gaged in fitness dance in the elderly to analysis in 4 activity points to Xi'an, Shaanxi Province , The results show:engaged in fitness dance workout in the elderly is a strong promote physical and mental health and reach better health, enhance physical fitness and improve quality of life purposes .%目的:探讨健身舞蹈锻炼对中老年人心理健康的影响。方法:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计法等,随机对陕西省西安市4个活动点的500名从事健身舞蹈锻炼的中老年人进行实验分析;结果显示:中老年人从事健身舞蹈锻炼是一种促进身心健康较强的活动,达到了增进健康、增强体质、提高生活质量的目的。
