从攻防平衡角度看我国气排球技术存在的问题与对策研究--以广西气排球为例

摘要

运用录像分析法等方法，主要从攻防平衡的角度，研究我国气排球技术及其相互关系存在的主要问题与对策。得出：发球得分率和失误率都明显过高；接发球相对于发球过于弱势；扣球得分率不高，失误率较高，扣球进攻的比例较低；拦网的得分率和失误率都太高；防扣球效率较差；拦网的决定性作用过强，扣球和防扣球太弱。对策：相对于原地发球应鼓励跳发球，限制发球的攻击性，提高接发球的成功率；降低拦网的得分率和失误率，激励扣球和加强防扣球。%using the method of video analysis and other methods , mainly from the angle of attack and defense bal-ance, the research on the main problems and Countermeasures of China's air volleyball technology and their mutual relations .That ACE rate and error rate are obviously too high;then serve to serve is too weak;spiking score rate is not high, high failure rate, a lower proportion of spike attack; blocking the scoring rate and the error rate is too high;anti smashing efficiency is poor; the decisive role of the block is too strong , spiking and anti spike is too weak.Countermeasures: compared with in situ serve should be encouraged to jump serve , serve attack, improve serve success rate;lower scores in the block rate and error rate , incentive spiking and strengthen the anti spiking.
