According to the characteristics of the rice transplanter, we introduced mechanized transplanter and high-yielding cultivation techniques of hybrid rice, which contained variety selection, breed the seedling, field management and pest control.%根据水稻插秧机的特点，从品种选择、秧苗培育、整地移栽、大田管理、病虫害防治等方面，总结了水稻机插秧育秧及高产栽培技术要点。
