气相色谱法测定混合型饲料添加剂薄荷素油中薄荷脑含量

摘要

目的：建立气相色谱测定混合型饲料添加剂薄荷素油中薄荷脑含量的方法。方法样品采用乙醇提取，以毛细管色谱柱分离，采用氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果薄荷脑在0.0356~1.780 mg/mL 范围内具有良好的线性关系，线性方程为 Y=139286×X-3452，相关系数R为0.9998，方法的定量限（LOQ）为0.1 g/kg。样品添加回收试验的平均回收率在98.2.8%~99.2%，相对标准偏差（RSD）为1.06%~1.96%（n=6）。结论本方法简便、快速，结果准确、可靠，适用于混合型饲料添加剂薄荷素油中薄荷脑含量的测定。%Objective A method for the determination of menthol in feed additive blender Peppermint oil by gas chromatography was established. Methods The sample was firstly extracted by alcohol, and then was separated by capillary chromatogram column, and fi-nally was determinate by flame ionization detector. Results The linear relation of menthol in 0.0356 to 1.780 mg/mL showed good lin-earity (R=0.9998). The linear equation was Y=139 286 ×X-3 452. The limit of quantization (LOQ) was 0.1 g/kg. The average recovery rate of recovery test was 98. 8%to 99.2%. The relative standard deviation (RSD)was 1.06%to 1.96%(n=6). Conclusion This method was simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used as a method for the determination of menthol in feed additive blender Peppermint Oil.
