籼型水稻三系不育系广抗13A抗稻瘟病基因的遗传

     

摘要

籼型水稻三系不育系广抗13A生产上对稻瘟病菌表现抗谱广、抗性强的特点,于2003年10月通过福建省科学技术成果鉴定.借助5个以CO39为遗传背景的近等基因系(鉴别品种)和1个普感品种丽江新团黑谷(LTH)组成的基因分析体系,对籼型水稻三系不育系广抗13A抗稻瘟病基因的组成进行鉴定分析.接菌试验选用4个致病性稳定的稻瘟病菌系Guy11、FJ2009-66、98013A和98099,并于苗期对不育系广抗13A与感病品种丽江新团黑谷杂交的F1、F2群体进行喷雾接种鉴定.抗病性遗传分析表明:不育系广抗13A对4个稻瘟病菌系的抗病性分别由1对显性基因控制.等位性测定结果表明:不育系广抗13A对菌系98013A的抗病基因与Pi-2基因呈不等位关系;对菌系Guy11的抗病基因与Pi-4b基因呈现连锁.根据抗病性反应不同,可知不育系广抗13A所携带的对菌系98013A和Guy11的抗病基因不是已知的Pi-1、Pi-4a和Pi-3基因,推断是2个新的抗稻瘟病基因.%Male sterile line is one of the most important parents of hybrid rice. Selecting the blast-resistance sterile line with excellent integrated characters is one of the most important tasks now. The Indica CMS Line Guang-kangl3A shows relatively strong and wide resistance spectrum in production. In October, 2003, it was technically identified in Fujian Province. The composition of blast resistance genes at Guang-kangl3A were identified in the genetic background of five near-isogeneic lines with CO39 as the parents (Differential varieties) and one susceptible comparison LTH. The populations of F1, F2 from the cross of resistant sterile line Guang-kangl3A and universally susceptible variety LTH were inoculated by spraying with four stable virulence strains of Guyll, FJ2009-66, 98013A and 98099 in seedling stages. The results of resistance genetic analysis showed that there was one dominant gene in Guang-kangl3A in responsible for resistance to four strains. The allelic test indicated that the gene with resistance to 98013A is non-allelic to loci of Pi-2 and the gene with resistance to Guyll is linkage inheritance to loci of Pi-4b. Based on the results in resistance response, it is suggested that the two genes of Guang-kangl3A are not Pi-1, Pi-4a and Pi-3. It is necessary to confirm whether there are two unknown genes.
