福州居住建筑节能关键因素分析及节能65％的可行性研究

摘要

本文首先选取福州地区典型建筑模型，采用DOE-2软件对建筑进行全年能耗模拟，比较分析得出了影响建筑能耗的主要因素，并针对关键因素进行节能优化。而后在建筑节能50％的基础上，探讨配合空调设备的能效比及围护结构热工性能的改善来实现建筑节能65％，并进行相应的技术分析。%In this paper, a typical residential building model in Fuzhou was chosen, and the software of DOE -2 was used to analyze the annual energy consumption. And then, the main factors influencing the building energy consumption were obtained, thus the optimization of energy efficiency for the key factors was carried out. Furthermore, on the basis of 50% energy efficiency, by cooperating with the im- provements of energy efficiency of air - conditioning system and the thermal performances of enclosure structure to realize the goal of 65% energy efficiency, and technical analysis was followed as well.
