未来沿海地区对抗台风灾害的方法讨论--新型阻风网墙的概念设计

摘要

According to the formation mechanism, paths and characteristic of destruction to coastal areas of typhoon, and from the perspec-tive of blocking and retarding the speed of typhoon, it can be concluded that we can reduce and control the climate disasters caused by ty-phoon with building the new Blocking -wind wall in coastal areas, which using physical method of blocking the wind to attenuate the wind scale when it is landing.Simultaneously, the positive influence of typhoon can be kept for the sustainable and balanced development of the ecological system and the climate system in coastal areas.%根据台风的形成机制、行进路径和对沿海地区破坏的特点，从阻碍和减缓台风行进速度的角度，通过在沿海地区建设新型阻风网墙，使用物理抗风的方法，减弱台风登陆时的风力等级，降低和控制台风对沿海地区的气候灾害，同时保留台风对沿海地区的积极影响，使沿海地区生态系统与气候系统保持稳定平衡的可持续发展。
