某混凝土－砌体混合结构综合楼抗震鉴定与加固

摘要

In view of the poor seismic performance of concrete masonry mixed structure system , a comprehensive building was took as an example, the seismic appraisal method and process as well as the strengthening methods of this building were discussed .Than the original columns were reinforced by increased cross section method , replacement method and adding new column method;the original frame beams were strengthened with increased cross section method , haunched beam method and bonded steel method; the original brick wall were strengthened by adding reinforced wall .After taking these measures ,an appraisal is carried out .It shows that the hybrid building can meet the requirements of seismic resistance within the district .%针对混凝土－砌体混合结构体系广泛存在的抗震性能较差的情况，以某综合楼为例，分析了抗震鉴定方法和过程，提出了抗震加固方案。指出可将原混合结构柱采用扩大截面、置换和新增柱加固，对原框架梁采用扩大截面、加腋和粘钢加固，对原砖墙采用钢筋混凝土板墙加固。加固后对该建筑进行了再次鉴定，可满足该地区的抗震设防要求。
