The present invention provides a seismic reinforcement method for an unreinforced masonry structure which is structurally stable and has excellent constructability and economic efficiency. The seismic reinforcement method for an unreinforced masonry structure keeps an original shape of a masonry structure as much as possible after the seismic reinforcement construction of an unreinforced masonry structure is completed. The seismic reinforcement method for an unreinforced masonry structure includes: a step of embedding a horizontal reinforcing steel bar into an outer wall of a structure requiring seismic reinforcement by extending the horizontal reinforcing steel bar to an end of the outer wall; a step of installing an anchoring.
