“托梁换柱”在老厂房加固改造中的应用

摘要

在老工业厂房的加固改造中，如果采用通常方法将厂房结构拆除，则拆除范围大，改造费用高，施工工期过长；而采用“托梁换柱”的方法，可将复杂的动态施工改为静态施工，拆除影响范围小，改造成本低，方法简便，安全可靠，施工周期短，从而能够在短时间内迅速恢复生产，为业主带来可观的经济效益。%In the reinforcement of old factory buildings, if we follow the usual way to tear down the whole building structure, the area involved would be very large, along with high cost and long project duration; but if we take the strategy of ＂supporting beam and removing column technology＂, we can replace the complicated and noisy construction site with a static one which affects much smaller area and requests low cost and easy operation, and it＇s proved to be safe and reliable and would shorten the project period and brings the benefit of resuming production rapidly after a short break which creates respectable economic values.
