烟秆下脚料栽培基质对铁皮石斛生长发育的影响

摘要

Using random blocks and taking various culture substrates of ping bark,sawdust,coir dust and seaweeds as the control group,and taking the culture substrate of tobacco straw waste as the trial group,effects of different culture substrates on growth condition and biomass of Dendrobium officinale were studied. The results showed that tobacco straw waste was a suitable substitute culture substrate in artificial cultivation of Dendrobium officinale.%采用随机区组设计，以常用的松树皮、木屑、椰糠、苔藓（水草）作为栽培基质对照组，以烟秆下脚料栽培基质为试验组，研究不同栽培基质对铁皮石斛的生长情况及生物量的影响，结果表明：在铁皮石斛人工栽培中，烟秆下脚料是一种合适的替代栽培基质。
