摘要

Taiwan purple sweet potato has some advantages including high yield of fresh potato,high anthocyanin content and good taste. This paper summarized high yield cultivation techniques of Taiwan purple sweet potato including cultivation of strong seedlings,early planting,rational increase of potash fertilizer application and timely harvest.%台湾紫心薯具有鲜薯产量高、花青素含量高、食味优等优点，总结其高产栽培技术，包括培育壮苗、适当早栽、合理增施钾肥和适时收获等技术措施。
