单乙醇胺法煤气脱硫生产实践

摘要

This paper introduced the principle and process flow of desulfurization by mono ethanola -mine method and indicated some corrosion occurred in the process equipment .For the position apt to be corroded ,measures can be taken by using anti-corrosion materials or by adding corrosion inhibitor to MEA solution .The equipment should also be prevented from blockage to reduce desulfurization efficiency .%论述了单乙醇胺法脱硫原理及工艺流程，指出需关注工艺设备的腐蚀情况，对于易腐蚀部位应选用耐腐材质，也可在MEA溶液中选择投加缓腐剂，并需防止设备发生堵塞，影响脱硫效率。
