Purpose The aim of this study was to observe the effect of eight danshemu' s derivatives on rabbit platelet aggregation. Methods Addition of adenosine diphophate (ADP) to rabbit platelet rich plasma (PRP) resulted in platelet aggregation in vitro. Results The results showed that the eight danshensu's derivatives β-phenyl lactic acid (PLA), p-FPLA, o-FPLA, p-MPLA, o-MPLA, o-CIPLA, m-CIPLA, FLA and acetylsalicylic and (ASA) inhibited significantly rabbit platelet aggregation induced by ADP in vitro, and their concentration causing a 50% inhibition (IC50 ) of platelet aggregation were 4.37,6.14,9.32,7.56 , 2.73, 3.07,6.30,7.30 and 7.24 (×10-3 mol· L-1 ), respectively. Danshensu is weaker potent agent. Conclusionsrn The present study suggests that the eight danshensu' s derivatives possess the anti-aggregatory activities in vitro.%目的 观察8种丹参素衍生物对兔血小板聚集性的影响。方法 体外腺苷二磷酸(ADP)诱导兔血小板聚集。结果 8种丹参素衍生物β-苯基乳酸(PLA)、对氟苯基乳酸(p-FPLA)、邻氟苯基乳酸(o-FPLA)、对甲基苯基乳酸(p-MPLA)、邻甲基苯基乳酸(o-MPLA)、邻氯苯基乳酸(o-CIPLA)、间氯苯基乳酸(m-CIPLA)、呋喃基乳酸(FLA)和乙酰水杨酸(ASA)对ADP诱导的家兔血小板聚集性均有剂量依赖的抑制作用,其50%聚集抑制浓度(IC50)值分别为4.37、6.14、9.32、7.56、2.73、3.07、6.30、7.30和7.24(×10-3mol·L-1)。丹参素作用较弱。结论 8种丹参素衍生物均具有体外抗血小板聚集活性。
