周围神经挤压伤后转化生长因子β的表达

摘要

目的 观察大鼠坐骨神经挤压伤后转化生长因子β(TGF-β)蛋白表达的变化，了解丁TGF-β在周围神经损伤修复过程中所起的作用。方法 取21只Wistar大鼠，造成坐骨神经挤压伤，伤后6 h、1、3、7、14、21 d取材分别进行组织学、免疫组化观察。结果 3 d时神经挤压伤处TGF-β抗原呈阳性反应，7 d时损伤处的雪旺细胞明显增多，且TGF-β表达的量也增多，以后TGF-β表达的量有所减少。结论TGF-β参与周围神经的损伤病理过程。%Purpose To observe the changes of transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) expression after rat sciatic nerve crushed injury and learning about the function of TGF-β in peripheral nerve injury and repair Methods Twenty-one Wister rats were used. The sciatic nerves were curshed with a special clamp. The histology and immunohistochemistry examination were performed respectively after 6 hours, 1,3,7,14,21 days injury. Results The TGF-β antibody in crushed sciatic nerve was positive after 3 days injury. The Schwann cells increased gready and the TGF-β expression enhanced after 7 days injury. From then on, the expression of TGF-β decreased gradually. Conclusions The TGF-β participate in the pathoiogic process of peripheral nerve damage.
