关于建筑施工企业人力资源管理的思考

摘要

从人力资源管理的角度，主要阐述了新时期建筑施工企业人力资源管理的特征、重要性以及目前建筑施工企业人力资源管理工作中存在的问题，并就在市场经济变革加剧、供求关系和资源配置发生新变化的形势下，对施工企业人力资源管理的特点、对策和措施进行了思考。%　　from the perspective of human resource management, mainly elaborated new period construction enterprise human resources manage-ment features, as well as the importance of the construction enterprise human resources management problems, and in the market economy changes aggravate, supply demand relations and resource configuration to produce new change of the situation, the construction enterprise human resources management features, countermeasures and measures are also discussed.
