This study was designed to evaluate the effect of different feeding rates on growth and ingestion of Oreochromis niloticus (79. 35 ±0. 50) g under different feeding rates (1% , 1. 5% , 2% , 2. 5% offish body weight) with the same di et (30% crude protein) at 33 ℃. After 45 d growth experiment, the result showed that feeding rates had significant influ ence on the feeding ratio ( FR) , specific growth rate (SGR) , weight gain ratio ( WGR) , and feed efficiency ( FE) on 0. Niloticw strain Nile tilapia (P<0. 05). With the feeding rate increasing, SGR, WGR, FR of O. Niloticus strain Nile tilapia showed subsequently increasing trend at first and remained steadily, while FE showed increasing trend at first and decreased. In terms of maximum WGR and maximum FE, the optimal feeding rate was 2% of fish body weight at 33 ℃.%实验在高水温(33±0.1)℃室内循环水养殖系统中设置4个投饲率水平,分别为鱼体重的1%、1.5%、2%、2.5%,采用同一种饲料(饲料粗蛋白含量为30%)投喂,实验周期45 d.研究不同投饲率对初始体重为(79.35±0.50)g的吉富罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)的摄食、生长相关指标的影响.研究结果表明:投饲率对摄食率、特定生长率、相对增重率、饲料效率影响显著(P<0.05).特定生长率、相对增重率和摄食率随着投饲率的增加呈先上升后平稳的趋势,饲料效率随着投饲率的升高呈先上升再下降的趋势.根据最大相对增重率和最大饲料效率,确定吉富罗非鱼在水温33℃时适宜投饲率为2.0%.
