双金属汽车刹车毂复合铸造工艺的研究

         

摘要

The production technology of automobile braking hub, namely bi-metal (steel, gray cast iron) composite casting, was presented. The interface of the two metals in the brake hub casting is metallurgical bonding, in which two metals penetrate each other and there is no defect such as crack, blowhole, inclusion and microshrinkage. Thickness of steel plate fixed with the wheel is only 3 mm, which can reduce the braking hub's mass and greatly increase the truck's safety and service life.%介绍了双金属(钢,灰铸铁)铸造汽车刹车毂的生产技术.铸造刹车毂两种金属结合界面为冶金结合,结合处互相渗透,无裂纹、气孔、夹杂及疏松等缺陷.与车轮固定的部分采用钢板,其厚度仅为3 mm,这减轻了刹车毂的质量,节省了原材料,大大增加载重汽车的安全性及使用寿命.
