注塑机后模板铸造工艺的优化

             

摘要

通过对注塑机后模板高脚部位的结构、造型工艺及合金熔炼工艺进行分析,结合生产经验及实际生产过程中出现的加工难点,对后模板的铸造工艺进行了优化设计.采用底注开放式浇注系统、用UG软件分析表面热流、模数法设计冒口、自制保温冒口等,总结出适用于此类铸件的铸造方案.%Through analyzing the structural charactersiticof the high-point parts of the casting, the molding process and alloy smelting process, and combining with the daily production experiences and the difficulties in the actual production process, the casting process for the rear templates of injection molding machines was optimized. By the use of the unchoked bottom gating system, the analysis of surface heat flow with the UG software, the riser design by the modulus method, and the self-made insulation risers, the casting process which is suitable for this kind of rear template castings was provided.
