The process optimization and production practice of the heavy section ductile iron bearing stand with the weight of 16 t and the maximum wall thickness of more than 300 mm were introduced. Through optimizing the casting process design by the ProCAST simulation software, using insulating risers, selecting high quality raw materials, adopting the wire feeding spheroidization treatment and multiple inoculation treatment, the castings of bearing stand with excellent performance indexes have been produced. The results of the casting inspection show that all mechanical properties of the castings meet the requirements of EN-GJS-400-18U grade nodular iron, and the quality of the castings is fully in conformity with the technical requirements of nondestructive testing, and the production process is feasible.%介绍了重16 t、最大壁厚大于300 mm的球墨铸铁轴承座的工艺优化及生产实践.通过ProCAST模拟软件优化铸造工艺、 使用保温冒口、 选用优质原辅材料、 喂线法球化处理、 多次孕育处理,获得了各项指标优异的轴承座铸件.铸件检验结果表明:各项力学性能均达到了EN-GJS-400-18U材料标准的要求,铸件质量完全符合无损检测技术要求,该生产工艺可行.
