一种压铸用高强度复合水溶性盐芯的研究

         

摘要

针对铸造用高强度水溶性盐芯的制备工艺进行了试验研究,选用了熔融浇注法制备盐芯,以盐芯的抗弯强度和水溶性为主要指标,确定选取了氯化钠、硫酸钠为主体,并添加了M盐、氯化镁进行复合制得一种四元复合盐芯.并通过正交试验进一步优化各组分的配比.试验结果表明:复合盐芯各组分最优配比为:氯化钠∶硫酸钠∶M盐∶氯化镁=9∶9∶3∶2,熔化温度为850℃,复盐在熔融状态下流动性良好,盐芯抗弯强度达到22.0 MPa以上,水溶时间(85℃)130 min,能够满足压铸对盐芯强度的要求,可以水溶清理.%The preparation process of high strength water soluble salt core for casting was studied,the water-soluble salt core was prepared by melt casting method,the bending strength and water solubility were used as the main indexes,a kind of four component composite salt core was prepared by adding sodium chloride and sodium sulfate as the main component,and M salt and magnesium chloride.The ratio of each component was optimized by orthogonal test.The results of orthogonal test show that the optimal ratio of each component is∶ sodium chloride∶ sodium sulfate ∶ M salt ∶ magnesium chloride =9∶9∶3∶2,the melting temperature is 850 ℃,the composite salt has a good fluidity in the molten state,the bending strength of salt core is above 22.0 MPa,the water-soluble time (85 ℃) is 130 min,which can meet the requirement of salt core strength for die casting and can be dissolved in water.
