轿车发动机缸体轻量化的工艺改进

         

摘要

分析并选择了轿车发动机缸体材料,根据铸件特点确定采用压力铸造工艺生产铝缸体,介绍了缸体产能计算、生产设备及生产线布置。指出采用铝缸体可以减轻发动机的质量,从而达到减少燃料消耗、降低排气污染的目的。%The cylinder block material for automobile engine was analyzed and selected. The die casting process to produce aluminium cylinder block was determined by casting feature, and the capacity calculation, production facilities and layout of line production were presented. It's pointed out that the weight of engine with aluminium cylinder block is more lighter, and the fuel consumption and exhaust pollution is reduced.
