引入无形资本因素对科技进步贡献率测算的影响

摘要

科技进步贡献率实际上就是指生产率增长(或者说广义技术进步)对经济增长的贡献率.本文分析了新古典经济增长模型计算科技进步贡献率的问题,研究了“欧洲竞争力、创新和无形投资”专项研究计划中引入无形资本投入测算生产率增长的新方法,分析了我国应用该方法测算科技进步贡献率的局限性,提出了有关政策建议.%The contribution rate of science and technology actually means the contribution of productivity growth (or broad technical progress ) to economic growth. This paper analyzed contribution rate of science and technology on the framework of the neoclassical model of economic growth, and studied the new method that has been introduced intangible capital into measuring productivity growth by the special research project of " European competitiveness, innovation and intangible investment" . Then we studied the limitation of calculating China's science and technology contribution rate by using this method and put forward some suggestions.
