数控车床四工位刀架控制系统改进设计

         

摘要

Numerical control lathe in the future will develop to high-grade,middle-grade using affordable numerical control tool rest facilities,high-grade type using dynamic tool post,both hydraulic tool post,servo tool holder,such as vertical tool rest varieties. In recent years,the demand for numerical control tool rest has been expected to increase greatly. The develop-ment trend of numerical control tool rest with the development of numerical control lathe,several head began to rapidly change,electrohydraulic combined drive and servo drive direction. This part mainly discusses the four station vertical electric tool post control system design.%数控车床今后将向中高档发展,中档采用普及型数控刀架配套,高档采用动力型刀架,兼有液压刀架、伺服刀架、立式刀架等。数控刀架随着数控车床的发展开始向快速换刀、电液组合驱动和伺服驱动方向发展。介绍了四工位立式电动刀架控制系统的改进设计。
