槲寄生与4种寄主叶表皮微形态特征及生态适应性

摘要

在光学显微镜下观察槲寄生与4种寄主植物的叶表皮特征。结果表明：（1）槲寄生叶为等面叶而4种寄主植物叶均为异面叶；（2）槲寄生的表皮细胞与气孔长度大约是4种寄主植物的2倍；（3）生态适应性方面，气孔密度与槲寄生的寄生量存在正相关，气孔长度与寄生量负相关。%In this paper ,leaf epidermal characters in V iscum coloratum and four host trees were observed under light microscope .Our results indicate that :(1) V iscum coloratum has isolateral leaf and four host trees have bifacial leaf ;(2) epidermis cells and stomata length of V iscum coloratum are as two times as that of four host trees;(3) in case of ecological adaptability ,stomata density and length of host plants have positive and negative relationship with the quantity of V iscum coloratum respectively .
