黑河市短时强降水与临近预报

摘要

利用2005~2014年黑河市气象资料，统计出黑河市短时强降水时空变化规律，再结合历史天气图，分析出黑河市短时强降水天气的大、中尺度环流背景，并通过新一代雷达资料基本产品，找出短时强降水的指标，作为短时强降水临近预报参考依据，为黑河市防灾减灾提供技术支持。%The use of heihe city meteorological data from 2005 to 2014,the statistics in heihe city short - time strong rain-fall space - time change rule,combining the historical weather map,analysis of heihe short - time strong rainfall weather, mesoscale circulation background,and basic products by a new generation of radar data,find out the short - time strong rainfall index,as reference in near short - time strong rainfall forecasting,provide technical support for disaster prevention and mitigation in heihe city.
