元江县野生白芨人工驯化栽培技术初探

2009 ～2012年,在元江县甘庄街道青龙厂进行了白芨人工驯化栽培试验.结果表明,野生白芨种子采用乙烯剂处理时发芽率达35.2％,分别比50℃温水和常温处理发芽率高13.6％和19.8％；30 cm×30 cm规格种植的植株长势较20 cm×20 cm及10 cm×10 cm的长势好,产量高.%Artificial cultivation tests of Wild Bletilla striata was made in Qinglongchang of Yuanjiang Ganzhuang street from 2009 to 2012.The results showed that the germination rate was up to 35.2％ when seeds treated with ethylene agent,which increased 13.6％ and 19.8％ respectively,compared with seeds treated with warm water of 50℃ and room temperature.Growth vigor with planting specifications of 30cm × 30cm was much better than planting specifications of20cm × 20cm and 10 cm × 10 cm,and had higher yield.
