用超敏DNA提取试剂盒提取牙齿DNA

摘要

目的 建立有效的牙齿DNA提取方法以进行个体识别.方法 经物理及化学方法清除牙齿表面污染物,使用超敏DNA提取试剂盒从牙齿中提取DNA进行STR分型.结果 获得了有效的STR分型.结论 本方法具有时间短、需检材量少的特点.分型结果良好,可用于案件中牙齿DNA的提取.%Objective To establish an efficient DNA extraction method for individual identification from teeth materials. Methods Contaminants were removed from teeth surfaces by physical and chemical treatments. DNA was obtained from the treated teeth with super-sensitive DNA extraction kit and its STR has been typed. Results STR typing can be effectively shown. Conclusion The method is characteristic of short time and small sample requirement, capable of typing good STR profiles, thereby applicable to the extraction of dental DNA in forensic cases.
