低碳经济背景下黑龙江省外贸产业国际竞争力研究

Withthecontradictionsintheresources,environmentandeconomicdevelopmenthavebecomeincreasinglypromi-nent.Theworldincreaslyemphasisontheeconomicdevelopmentmodesoflowpowerconsumption,lowpollution,low-emission-based.Thelow-carboneconomyrisesrapidlyonaglobalscale.Byanalyzingtheimpactoflow-carboneconomyonthein-ternationalcompetitivenessoftheforeigntradeindustry,itsummarizesthestatusquooftheinternationalcompetitivenessofHei-longjiangProvince’sforeigntradeindustryinthecontextoflow-carboneconomyandthereasonsthatthelackofinternational competitiveness.Atlastitputforwardseveralsuggestionstoenhancetheinternationalcompetitivenessofforeigntradeindustry inHeilongjiangProvince.%　　随着资源环境与经济发展的矛盾日益突出，世界各国日益重视以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基础的经济发展模式，低碳经济在全球范围迅速兴起。通过分析低碳经济对外贸产业国际竞争力的影响，总结低碳经济背景下黑龙江省外贸产业国际竞争力的现状及缺乏国际竞争力的原因，提出了提升黑龙江省外贸产业国际竞争力的对策建议。
