新疆高校预算管理浅析

摘要

Thetendencydiversitficationthatuniversitysourcesoffundinghasbroughtnewchallengestothefinancialmanage-mentandmadehigherdemandsonthemanagementoffinancialbudgetintheuniversitiesofXinjiang.Therefore,themajor problemthattheuniversityfinancefacingishowtomanagethefinancialbudgetdesignedly,scientificallyandreasonablly,in-creasingtheefficiencyoffunds.Theessayanalyzedthenecessityofstrengtheningthemanagementoffinancialbudgetandthe problemsexistinginthemanagementofuniversityfinancialbudget,puttingforwardthecountermeasureandsuggestionsonhow toreinforceandstandardizethemanagementoffinancialbudget.%　　高校经费来源的多元化趋势，使得高校的财务管理工作面临全新的挑战，同时对高校的财务预算管理提出了更高的要求。因此，如何有计划、科学、合理地做好预算管理，提高资金的使用效益，是当前高校财务部门面临的主要问题。通过分析新疆高校加强预算管理的必要性和预算管理中存在的问题及原因，提出新疆高校加强和规范预算管理的对策和建议
