中国城市竞争力评价分析

摘要

Thispaperconstructstheurbancompetitivecapacityevaluationindexsystemfromfiveaspectsincludingeconomic growth,infrastructure,science-education-culture-health,investment,environmentandenvironmentalmanagement.This paperanalyzestheurbancompetitivecapacityoffourteenVice-provincialcitiesinEasternRegionalwiththeprincipalcompo-nentanalysismethod.Astheresultshows,theurbancompetitivecapacityofeachcityisgreatlydifferentfromeachotherespe-ciallythefourfirst-tiercitiesfaraheadothers.Atlast,theresultprovidesdecision-makingbasisforscientificallylayingout urbandevelopmentstrategies.%　　从经济发展、基础设施、科教文卫、投资环境和环境治理五方面构建了科学的城市竞争力评价指标体系，运用主成分分析法对东部地区14个副省级(含)以上城市的城市竞争力水平进行评价和分析，得出4个一线城市的竞争力拥有绝对优势，总体来看，各城市的竞争力水平差异性较大，为科学制定城市发展战略提供决策依据
