To research the influence that foreign - invested enterprises＇ agricultural trade on the agricultural trade of China, the article uses Co - integration test and Granger Causality Test to analyze. The results show that there is a long - term equilibrium relationship between them,when the volume of China＇ s foreign trade of agricultural products increase 2. 1467 unit, the volume of foreign invested enterprises＇ foreign trade of agricultural products will increase 1 unit. After the equilibrium being deviated, the equilibrium relationship would pull it back with the power of 111. 61 percents. To address this situation, on the one hand we should accelerate the domestic enterprises＇ development that undertake agricultural product processing and trade;on the other hand we should be rationally guiding foreign investment, promote deep processing to domestic agricultural products, increase the value of agricultural products, in order to promote the development of agricultural export trade.%运用协整分析和格兰杰因果检验对外商投资企业农产品贸易对中国农产品贸易的影响进行实证分析。结果表明：二者存在长期的均衡关系，外商投资企业的农产品贸易额每增加1个单位，中国农产品贸易额就增加2．1467个单位，当它们偏离均衡时，均衡关系会以111．61％的力度将其拉回均衡状态。针对这种情况，一方面要加快鼓励我国本土农业企业走向国际市场；另一方面要合理引导外资流向我国农业科技领域和生产加工环节，提高出口农产品的附加值，推动农产品贸易发展。
