企业科技人才管理研究

摘要

科技人才是企业重要的战略资源,企业科技人才管理是企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,根据企业科技人才及其科技劳动的特点,提出了对企业科技人才的管理应遵循以人为本、尊重人才;公平公正、科学合理;系统管理、效能最优;激励、约束有机结合的基本理念和培养培训、考核评价、激励约束、竞争合作的机制建设。%Scientific and technological personnel is important enterprise strategic resources,enterprise technology talent management is an important component of enterprise human resources management.According to the characteristics of the work,this paper puts forward the enterprise scientific and technological personnel management that should follow the people-oriented,respect talents;fair,scientific and reasonable;system management,the optimal effectiveness;incentive and restrictive organic combination of the basic concept and training of training,evaluation and incentive and restraint,competition and cooperation mechanism construction.
