易货贸易：中小企业的另一种选择

The modern barter trade gets rid of the fetters of timing , space and matching of goods which the traditional barter trade exists by the e-commerce platform , and therefore it returns to the international trade .Associated with the characteristic of easy operation of SMEs , it can be one of choices of diversified sales .It analyses advantages from the aspect of SMEs , and it displays the main three kinds of barter trade currently , in addition, it also points out the difficulties which SMEs are able to face and its solutions in the early barter trade .%依靠电子商务平台，现代易货贸易摆脱了传统易货贸易在时间、空间和货物匹配方面的束缚，重回世界贸易舞台。结合中小企业操作灵活的特点，易货贸易可以作为销售方式多样化的选择之一。从中小企业角度分析易货贸易的优势，阐述了目前易货贸易的三种主要形式，并指出开展易货贸易初期中小企业可能面临的困境及对策。
