珠三角出口贸易现状及应对国际低碳贸易壁垒的措施研究

摘要

目前，国际贸易日益受到低碳贸易壁垒的影响，低碳发展已成为必然趋势。我国珠三角地区以加工贸易为主，增长趋势明显放缓，出口商品主要为机电产品，出口市场以香港、美国等传统市场为主。国际低碳贸易壁垒碳关税、碳标签以及低碳技术标准，对珠三角出口贸易最为直接的影响就是增加了产品成本。提出以下应对措施：购买碳减排量，集中高效供应实现生产过程低碳化，加快低碳标准与国际接轨。%At present,international trade is increasingly under the influence of low-carbon trade barriers,low carbon develop-ment has become an inevitable trend.China’s Pearl River Delta region is in the processing trade and the growth is slowly,main-ly exports machinery and electronic products,the export markets primarily are Hong Kong,the United States and other tradition-al market.Barriers to international trade in low-carbon tariffs,carbon labels,as well as technical standards for low-carbon, the most immediate effect on Pearl River Delta’s export trade is to increase the cost of products.Proposed the following respon-ses:purchase of carbon emissions,focus on efficient supply of production process of low carbon,speed up low-carbon stand-ards and international standards.
