A new method for the determination of germanium in gingko , sea cucumber and aloe by spectropho-tometry was established. The absorbance is proportional to the concentration of Germanium in the range of 0.25μg/mL-1.10μg/mL. The linear regression equation obtained is A=0.003 0+0.726 4x (r=0.996 9).The re-covery in real sample is 93.80%-96.40%.The method is precise, selective, fast and need no separation, and it is applicable to determining Germanium in real sample.% 建立了用分光光度法测定食品海参、银杏、芦荟中的痕量锗含量的方法,锗的含量在0.25μg/mL~1.10μg/mL范围内,吸收度与浓度成线性关系,线形方程为A=0.0030+0.7264x,相关系数r=0.9969。在实际样品中的回收率为93.80%~96.40%。该方法简单,准确,选择性好,不需对样品进行分离,适用于微量锗含量的测定。
