郁山擀酥饼的技艺传承和文化保护

摘要

Investigation through the origin and production process of the YuShan Rolling Crisp. Elaborated the techniques and social values of the Yushan Rolling Crisp, analyzes the reasons in danger and puts forward rational protection measures in development.%　　通过对郁山擀酥饼的起源与制作过程进行调查，阐述了郁山擀酥饼的生产工艺和社会价值，分析了濒危的原因，并就此提出了合理化的保护开发对策。
