对叔丁基杯6芳烃稀土配合物对脐橙表皮抑菌活性的研究

用Y3+为中心离子,以对叔丁基杯[6]芳烃(H6L)为配体合成了[Y(H4L)(DMSO)6]·DMSO,并对其在脐橙表面的抑菌活性进行了实验.结果表明,当[Y(H4L)(DMSO)6]·DMSO的浓度为0.0028 g/mL、温度为14℃及pH为5时抑菌效果最好.%This article with Y3+was the central ion, take aromatic hydrocarbon (H6L) as the ligand synthesized [Y(H4L)(DMSO)6]·DMSO to Uncle the butyl cup[6], and had carried on the experiment to it in navel orange surface's bacteriostasis activeness. Finally indicated that when the [Y (H4L)(DMSO)6]·DMSO density was 0.002 8 g/mL, the temperature for 14℃and pH was 5 the bacteriostasis effect was best.
