“智慧天津”中第三方食品检测机构的发展探索

摘要

This paper focuses on the role of the third-party food inspection agency (3FIA),the current development situation and the testing demand for the food industry in Tianjin. Combing with "Smart Tianjin"construction and current situation of vigorous development service in science and technology. It insists to establish an applicable,systematic and standardized integration platform for 3FIA by means of technology. It explores business model of 3FIA service platform ,which is composed by integration of technology IT ,network and electronic,changing the traditional line inspection model to achieve functions of online counseling and commission,dynamic monitoring and offline testing,to reach the goal of seamless cooperation between online and offline,and integration of information technology and modern logistics resources to expand the service area to ensure food safety eventually.%本文针对目前天津市第三方食品检验机构的作用、发展现状、食品行业的检验需求，结合市政府建设"智慧天津"、大力发展科技服务业的发展形势，提出利用信息技术手段，建立应用性、系统性、集成性标准化的第三方食品检验检测平台。探索第三方食品检验服务平台运营模式。集成信息技术、网络技术、电子技术等；改变传统线下检验检测模式，实现线上咨询、线上委托、动态监测、线下检测等功能，并做到线上与线下无缝对接。整合信息化与现代物流资源，扩展服务区域，保障食品安全。
