基于AHP的农产品供应链风险指标体系评价研究

摘要

China is a large agricultural country,and Chinese authorities have been issuing No. 1 Central Document underscoring the importance of three rural issues continuously for 11 years from 2004 to 2014. Agricultural products have their spatial value,time value,processing value,market value and social value through participating in the market circulation of agricultural produce supply chain system. Researches on agricultural supply chain have important implications for improving the efficiency of agricultural products circulation , strengthening the construction of agricultural market system,promoting agricultural modernization and solving the three rural issues. Based on the agricultural supply chain model,we have built the risk index system and used the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate risks and proposed coping strategies.%我国是一个农业大国，2004年~2014年，我国连续11年发布以“三农”为主题的中央一号文件。农产品通过农产品供应链体系参与市场流通，实现空间价值、时间价值、加工价值、市场价值及社会价值。研究农产品供应链对提高农产品流通效率，加强农产品市场体系建设，推进农业现代化，解决“三农”问题具有重要意义。本文在农产品供应链模型基础上，构建风险指标体系，运用层次分析法（AHP）评价其风险，提出风险管理应对策略。
