绿色壁垒对我国虾产品出口的影响及对策研究

         

摘要

我国是虾产品主要出口国之一,虾产品大量出口到美国、日本、欧盟等发达国家,虾产品出口贸易在水产行业中占据着举足轻重的位置。近年来,发达国家频繁设置绿色壁垒阻碍我国虾产品的出口,使我国虾产业及水产行业遭受了很大的损失。系统地阐述绿色壁垒的概念、表现形式和特征,构建线性回归模型深入地研究绿色壁垒对我国虾产品出口造成的影响。针对模型的结果,结合产业链育苗、养殖、加工、运输各环节进行分析,找到我国虾产品遭遇绿色壁垒深层次的原因:我国对虾产业竞争力不足,产品质量不过关,管理模式落后,关键的生产要素和行业标准受制于发达国家。据此从产品质量安全和产业管理模式等方面有针对性地提出提高产业竞争力应对绿色壁垒的有效建议。%China is a major exporter of shrimp product. A large number of China's shrimp product are exported to the United States, Japan, the European Union and other developed countries. In recent years, these countries have set up green barriers frequently to impede exports of China's shrimp products. This paper profoundly studys the effect of green barriers on China's shrimp exports and the main factors which affect China's shrimp exports performance, combining with our shrimp green barriers in major export markets suffered in breeding, aquaculture, processing, transportation and preservation, we finally find the deep-seated reason for the Green Barrier on China's shrimp product: China lack industrial competitiveness , good product quality and management model, therefore recommendations according to the reason can be put forward.
