HPLC法测定红景天苷研究

摘要

The salideroside content in rhodiola by HPLC was determined.The result showed that the method for the determination of salideroside content maximum standard deviation was 0.27%,the linear regression equa-tion Y=750 000X-2 634.5 (R2=0.999 9),the regression equation in the range 1 mg/mL~100 mg/mL. The spike recoveries for ergosterol were between 98.39%-101.15%. The content of salidroside in rhodiola was 3.14 g/100 g.%利用HPLC法测定红景天中红景天苷含量，经试验验证，此方法测定红景天苷含量重复性试验最大标准偏差为0.27%，峰面积与红景天苷标准品线性关系良好，标准曲线方程为Y=750000X-2634.5（R2=0.9999），线性范围1 mg/mL～100 mg/mL，加样回收率98.39%～101.15%间，经测定红景天中红景天苷含量为3.14 g/100 g。
