马铃薯废渣再利用途径及其发展对策

摘要

马铃薯淀粉生产过程中产生的马铃薯废渣含有蛋白质、纤维素、淀粉等可利用成分,因此具有较高的再利用价值.对国内外马铃薯废渣再利用的主要途径和相关技术进行综述,分析了目前薯渣作为饲料、燃料、培养基等进行再利用时遇到的问题,并根据物料的特点提出了马铃薯废渣再利用的发展对策.%As a by-product during starch isolation from potato tubers, potato pulp contains substances such as protein, cellulose and starch, thus it has high reused value. Approaches and processing technics of reusing potato pulp were summarized, and the problems which exists when potato pulp is used to produce animal forage, biomass fuels, culture media and other products were analyzed. According to the characteristics of potato pulp, the development countermeasures of the approaches were proposed, as a result.
