响应面法优化绿薄荷精油的超临界CO2萃取工艺

         

摘要

Response surface methodology was used to optimize for the supercritical CO2 extraction process of essential oil from fresh spearmint leaf. Based on the single factor experiment, three extraction parameters including extraction pressure, extraction temperature, and extraction time were selected as dependent variables.The interaction of respective variables and their influence on the essential oil yield were studied by using central composite design and response surface analysis theory. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the supercritical fluid extraction were as following:the pressure of extraction 14 MPa,the tem perature of extraction 41℃,and the time of extraction 1.5 h.Under this conditions,the extraction yield of es-sential oil was 3.21 %.%以新鲜绿薄荷叶为原料,采用响应面法对超临界CO2萃取精油的工艺进行优化,在单因素试验的基础上,选取萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间为影响因素,根据中心组合试验设计和响应面分析法,研究各因素及其交互作用对精油得率的影响.结果表明,超临界CO2萃取薄荷精油的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力14 MPa、萃取温度41℃、萃取时间1.5 h,在该条件下,薄荷精油的得率为3.21 %.
