The status of domestic and international standards on food contact metal cutlery was introduced and the differences between the cutlery of ISO and China standards were analyzed. The advices for advancing standards on food contact metal cutlery were put up.%介绍了ISO、欧盟、美国、日本以及我国食品接触金属餐刀具标准现状，分析了我国与ISO标准要求存在的差异，并提出了完善我国食品接触金属餐刀具标准建议。
