糖尿病前期患者膳食多样化评分与糖尿病发病的关联分析

         

摘要

目的:探究膳食多样化评分(DDS)与糖尿病前期患者2型糖尿病发病风险之间的关联.方法:在2011-2017年期间,对广州社区糖代谢异常患者进行随访.采用口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)结果以及糖化血红蛋白指标确诊新发糖尿病.根据DDS评分进行分组,比较组别间膳食摄入的差异.采用多因素COX回归模型进行多因素与糖尿病发病风险的关联分析.结果:膳食多样化是糖尿病前期进展成为糖尿病过程的保护因素,DDS>7的组别相对于DDS≤7的组别糖尿病发病的相对危险度为0.70,95%的置信区间为(0.50,0.97),P值为0.031.%[Objective] To investigate the association between dietary diversification score (DDS) and risk of type 2 diabetes Mellitus in patients with prediabetes.[Method] During the period from 2011 to 2017,patients with prediabetes in Guangzhou communities were followed up.Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were used to diagnose new-onset diabetes.Based on the DDS,the differences in dietary intake between the groups were compared.A multifactor COX regression model was used to analyze the risk factors for diabetes.[Result] Dietary diversification was a protective factor in the progression of prediabetes to diabetes.Compared with subjects with DDS ≤7,those with a score > 7 had lower risk to develop diabetes (P =0.031).The hazard ratio (HR) was 0.70 [95% confidence interval (CI) 0.50 ~ 0.97].
