我国食品物流环节安全监管的实证研究——基于141家物流企业的调查采样数据

摘要

构建了食品物流环节监管指数体系,利用141家物流企业7 191个调查采样数据并借助网络层次分析——模糊综合评价模型,对食品物流环节的监管情况进行实证研究.实证研究表明,食品物流环节监管总体情况较好;国家对食品物流法律法规缺失;物流信息化和仓储技术方面存在不足,如物流可追溯管理系统建立、食品档案完整性等;仓储管理系统技术、摘取式电子标签拣货系统等的应用.%This paper established a regulatory index system of food logistics which used 7 191 sampling data from 141 logistics enterprises and utilized analytic network process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to conduct empirical research for regulation of food logistics.The empirical research showed that the overall situation of food logistics regulation was good,the lack of national laws and regulations on food logistics,logistics informatization and storage technology still had several deficiencies,including the lack of setting up of logistics traceability management system,integrity of the food file etc.,the lacking application of Warehouse management system (WMS) technology,electronic label picking system and others.
