基于机器视觉的红枣双面检测分级装置设计

     

摘要

Based on the dried Xinjiang jujube's material properties, such as dimension, angle of rolling friction etc ,the jujube is defined as A and B surface. This paper presents a grading device that can detect the jujube's double surfaces with the classifying mechanism of distributed detection. It also briefly elaborates the basis for the structural design of key institutions. Using sliding friction of material itself and good stuff absorbed vibration, the device can achieve feeding the jujube and other relevant fruit one by one and realizing the whole surface showing and other functions with distributed detection.%基于新疆干制骏枣的外形尺寸、滑动摩擦角等物料特性,将骏枣人为定义成A、B两面;提出采用分步检测的分级机理利用两次检测实现红枣双面检测,并对其关键机构的结构设计依据进行简要阐述;指出利用物料本身滑动摩擦力结合吸振能力较好的材料,采用分步检测的机理,能够实现红枣及其他椭球形水果的单体化喂入、全表面呈现等功能.
