味精清洁生产技术中四效降膜蒸发系统的中试开发

摘要

The studies on applying four-effect falling-film evaporation system in condensing glutamic acid isoelectric mother solution on a pilot scale, which lay a foundation of industrial implementation of cleaner production technology and offer a valuable experience of applying four-ef-fect falling-film system in industry, was reported in this paper.%通过四效降膜蒸发系统浓缩谷氨酸等电母液中试，为“味精清洁生产技术——谷氨酸提取闭路循环新工艺”工业化实施奠定了基础，也为四效降膜蒸发系统的具体应用提供了宝贵的经验。
